Sessions

Each strategy Session is 60 minutes in length, hosted by Paul Fairbrother and conducted via a Google Meet or Zoom call. Please test your chosen platform in advance to ensure there aren’t any technical issues during the Session. 

You are welcome to record the call and multiple team members are permitted to attend at no additional cost.

Availability

Times and dates are subject to availability and an up to date list of booking slots is available via the Fairbrother Agency’s Calendly link which can be supplied upon request. If you don’t see a suitable time, please email paul@fairbrother.io and we will endeavour to find you a time that suits. 

Note that a particular time is not reserved until payment is made.

Fees

For UK based businesses, the fee for a 60 minute Session is £200 inclusive of VAT at the standard rate of 20% (VAT number GB 431563120).

For businesses outside of the UK, the fee for a 60 minute session is $200 USD. VAT isn’t applicable but you may have to account for VAT under the reverse charges applicable in your jurisdiction.

Payment

Full payment must be made in advance of the session taking place. The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express

  • BACS bank transfers from UK bank accounts in GBP

  • ACH bank transfers from US bank accounts in USD

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made up to one hour before the scheduled start time for a Session and will be issued a full refund. To cancel, notice must be given in writing by sending an email to paul@fairbrother.io

If a Session is cancelled within one hour of the start time or after the scheduled start time, no refund will be given. Instead, please refer to the “rescheduling” section below.

Rescheduling

A Session can be rescheduled up until the scheduled start time, all requests must be made in writing by sending an email to paul@fairbrother.io . New times are subject to availability. 

Note that after a Session has been rescheduled once, all future requests to reschedule can only be made up to 12 hours before the agreed start time. If the second and any subsequent requests to reschedule are made less than 12 hours before the Session is due to take place, or after the start time, the call will instead be cancelled with no refund.

No Shows & Late Starts

A Session will run for the allotted 60 minutes and will not be extended due to you the client joining late. We therefore suggest that you test your chosen call platform in advance and join the call 5 minutes early to ensure a prompt start. 

If you the client doesn’t join the call at the allotted start time, we will stay on the call for the first 15 minutes. If you the client has not joined the call after 15 minutes, the call will be ended and considered to be cancelled with no refund due.

Rescheduling By The Fairbrother Agnecy

In rare circumstances a Session may need to be rescheduled by the Fairbrother Agency. In this scenario, you the client will be offered the chance to rebook or a full refund can be issued.

Your Conduct

We may immediately terminate a Session if your conduct is in our reasonable opinion unacceptable. You will not be entitled to any refund for a Session started but not completed in such a case. If at that time Sessions have been booked and paid for but have yet to be taken, we may cancel any or all of them at the time of terminating the Session or within 48 hours after that termination, and in that case we will refund you the Fees for the remaining number of booked Sessions in the series which we cancel.
