Sessions
Each in person strategy Session is bespoke and the length and format of the session will be agreed in advance in writing by email.
Sessions take place in one of the public lounges at Home Grown Private Members Club, 44 Great Cumberland Pl, London W1H 7BS and each Session is hosted by Paul Fairbrother. A maximum of three people from you the client are welcome to attend, please confirm the number in writing in advance. For Sessions involving more than three guests, prior notice is required as a meeting room will need to be booked which incurs an additional fee.
Terms & Conditions For In Person Strategy Sessions
Availability
Times and dates are subject to availability and an up to date list is available by email from paul@fairbrother.io . Please note that availability for in person sessions is different from that shown on Calendly for the online strategy sessions. Also note that a particular time is not reserved until payment is made.
Fees
As each session is bespoke, the fee will be confirmed in advance in writing by email. VAT will be charged at the standard rate of 20% (VAT number GB 431563120).
Payment
Full payment must be made in advance of the session taking place. The following payment methods are available:
Credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express
BACS bank transfers from UK bank accounts in GBP
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made up to 9pm (GMT) on the day before the Session takes place in order to receive a full refund. To cancel, notice must be given in writing by sending an email to paul@fairbrother.io .
If a Session is cancelled after 9pm on the day before or anytime on the day of the Session itself, no refund will be given.
Rescheduling
A Session can be rescheduled up until 9pm (GMT) on the day before the Session takes place, all requests must be made in writing by sending an email to paul@fairbrother.io . New times are subject to availability.
Note that after a Session has been rescheduled once, all future requests to reschedule can only be made up to 48 hours before the agreed start time. If the second and subsequent request to reschedule is made less than 48 hours before the Session is due to take place, or after the start time, the call will instead be cancelled with no refund.
No Shows & Late Starts
A Session will run for the allotted length agreed in advance in writing. If you the client are late, the start time can be delayed by up to 15 minutes. The Session will then be deemed to have started and run for the agreed length.
If you the client fails to attend the Session at all, without rescheduling in advance as per the above policy, the Session will be considered cancelled with no refund due.
Rescheduling By The Fairbrother Agency
In rare circumstances a Session may need to be rescheduled by the Fairbrother Agency. In this scenario, the client will be offered the chance to rebook or a full refund can be issued. We will not be liable for any travel costs or other expenses incurred, but we will always endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
Your Conduct
We may immediately terminate a Session if your conduct is in our reasonable opinion unacceptable. You will not be entitled to any refund for a Session started but not completed in such a case. If at that time Sessions have been booked and paid for have yet to be taken, we may cancel any or all of them at the time of terminating the Session or within 48 hours after that termination, and in that case we will refund you the Fees for the remaining number of booked Sessions in the series which we cancel.
Dress Code
Whilst Home Grown doesn’t operate a specific dress code, “smart business casual” clothes are normally worn.
